Job Salary:

The comprehensive annual salary is 290,000-320,000, including:

(1) 150,000 living allowances in Guangdong Province;

(2) Those who pass the opening and mid-term assessments will enjoy an annual post-doctoral living allowance of 60,000 yuan from the Shenzhen Municipal Government (a total of 120,000 yuan for two years);

(1) Job description

1. Focus on scientific research and complete postdoctoral research tasks as planned;
2. Jointly undertake scientific research projects with cooperative tutors, publish high-level research papers, and apply for various scientific research projects and patents;
3. According to the arrangement of the institute, undertake certain team management work.

(2) Application requirements

1. Has obtained or is about to obtain a doctorate degree in biology, bioinformatics, biochemistry, etc.;
2. The preferred age is less than or equal to 35 years old, the doctoral degree is less than or equal to 3 years, and there is no post-doctoral work in Guangdong Province.
3. Preference will be given to those with the following experience backgrounds:
4. Those with a research background in biology, bioinformatics, biochemistry, etc.;
5. Proficient in mouse experiments, protein purification and other work experience, specific requirements for detailed interviews;
6. Professionals with interdisciplinary backgrounds such as biology, bioinformatics, biochemistry, etc. Specific requirements can be discussed in an interview.

(3) Salary and benefits

1. The comprehensive annual income during the postdoctoral period includes full government subsidies, competitive remuneration, and bonus awards;

- Postdoctoral Science Fund (the standard for natural science funding is 120,000 yuan for the first class and 80,000 yuan for the second class)

- National Natural Science Foundation of China Youth Program

- National "Boxin Plan" (the state grants each person a total of 630,000 yuan for two years, of which 400,000 yuan is a postdoctoral subsidy, 200,000 yuan is a post-doctoral science fund, and 30,000 yuan is an international exchange fund);

- Postdoctoral International Exchange Program Introduction Project (400,000 subsidy/2 years);

- Special Research Assistant Funding Project of Chinese Academy of Sciences (800,000/2 years)

- Outstanding Youth Innovation Fund of Advanced Institute (100,000/2 years)

- International Training Program for Outstanding Young Scientific Research Talents in Guangdong Province (400,000 subsidy/2 years);

- Guangdong Province Overseas Postdoctoral Talent Support Project (600,000/2 years in the station, 400,000/3 years of housing subsidy for staying in Guangdong, total 1 million).

3. Priority will be given to the opportunity to stay in the hospital and the school when leaving the station; those with excellent performance can apply for the post of deputy senior professional title;
4. After leaving the station, if you stay in Shenzhen and sign a 3-year labor contract, you can apply for a postdoctoral research grant of 300,000 yuan in Shenzhen, 100,000 yuan per year for a total of 3 years, to fully guarantee and assist in applying for various subsidies and benefits after leaving the station;
5. 3H project: talent housing, high-end annual physical examination, children's school admission;
6. Welfare guarantee: full payment of five social insurances and one housing fund, subsidized meals on working days, and 10+ days of paid annual leave;
