Zhiming CAI, male, born in November 1956, Guangdong Province, China, Doctor of Medicine, Doctor of Management, Chief Physician, Doctoral Supervisor. He is currently the deputy director of the National Genitourinary Cancer Research Center, the director of the National Engineering Laboratory of Cancer Genome Application, and the president of the Shenzhen Medical Association. Zhiming CAI is committed to the basic and clinical research of genitourinary tumors, as well as the research on the integration of medicine and engineering. Systematic and original contributions have been made in revealing the mechanism of cancer development, screening and discovering new targets for tumors, designing "engineered" cells to recognize and intervene cancer cells. Carried out the world's first batch of CAR-T and TCR-T clinic trials for bladder cancer, and satisfactory results were obtained.
